After 15 years in Sourcing / Purchasing (both Direct and Indirect) in different industries (environment, healthcare, energy), Laurence Guillemot took the challenge to create a Central SAM team to help her company (Alstom at that time) mostly to challenge SW manufacturers audits. Five years and two companies later, since 2019, as Head of Vendor Management Office, she has been optimizing software and IT services spend and contracts while mitigating the risks for Groupe Renault (automotive industry).
